The World Health Organization spending infographic

Commissioned by the Health Financing Policy team, the brief was to display health financing data for universal coverage from 83 countries in a simplified online visual graphic. It needed to show that high spending doesn’t necessarily lead to good results and that much can be achieved with low spending.

The infographic was well received and extended to exhibition banners, promotional postcards and Twitter Cards for Universal Health Coverage Day in December, which is celebrated globally.
